Sparky Construction is a family-owned renovation company that’s been working in the commercial construction world for more than 20 years. What we do now—full hotel remodels, room updates, tile work, flooring, drywall, all of it—grew out of a simple approach we’ve stuck to since the beginning: be honest, do the job right, and never leave a client wondering what’s going on.
We’re small enough to stay personal, but experienced enough to handle large, fast-moving hotel projects without slowing your business down. Most of our work comes from hotel owners who were tired of contractors overpromising, disappearing, or dragging projects out. We built our reputation by doing the opposite.
